Zakat al-Fitr

We can pay zakat fitrah with money to zakat institutions according to the price of 2.5 kg of rice. Because there is an agreement that the zakat institution will later give to the recipient of zakat in the form of rice.
Time for issuing Zakat Fitrah
Payment of zakat fitrah can be done in two types of time, namely:
Afdhal time, ie after the dawn prayer on the end of Ramadan until near the time of Eid prayer.
Allowable Time. According to scholars, zakat may be issued one day or two days before Idul Fitri. The Prophet's friend Abdullah bin Umar radhiyallahu ‘anhu used to issue zakat a day or two before Eid.

Nawaytu an ukhrija zakaata al-fitri anni wa an jami'i ma yalzimuniy nafaqatuhum shar'an fardhan lillahi ta’ala.
Meaning: "I intend to issue zakat fitrah for myself and all people whose livelihood is my fardhu's responsibility because of Allah Taala."
